1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable), unless damaged on arrival

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item
  • In case of customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

If you receive a damaged product or missing item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or unboxing videos for verification

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the request.
